2. JOB PURPOSE |
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Executive to deliver aligned, commercially focused marketing support to the UK sales region. The role is responsible for executing campaigns, supporting sales enablement, and coordinating local marketing activity, including events, to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement. You will report to the Marketing Director and will have responsibility for developing revenue generation sales support for the UK sales team. |
3. KEY RESULT AREAS |
UK Sales Alignment & Campaign Delivery - Align marketing activity to UK sales strategy and commercial priorities
- Translate sales objectives into structured marketing campaigns
- Deliver lead generation and sales enablement initiatives
- Monitor and support optimisation of campaign performance
Events & Local Activation - Plan and deliver UK-based events and trade shows
- Coordinate suppliers, logistics, and timelines
- Ensure alignment to brand messaging and campaign objectives
- Track event performance and lead generation outcomes
Campaign Execution & Channel Management Work closely with the Communications Specialist to: - Execute digital, social and content campaigns for the UK region
- Support LinkedIn activity in line with structured plans
- Coordinate website updates linked to campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all outputs
Sales Enablement Support - Develop and deliver sales collateral and marketing materials
- Respond to marketing requests from the UK sales team
- Ensure alignment between marketing outputs and sales needs

4. ADDITIONAL KEY DUTIES |
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver on company wide goals and objectives
- Contribute to structured marketing planning and prioritisation
- Support reporting and tracking of campaign activity
- Maintain strong collaboration with sales and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs
- Undertake additional tasks as required within the scope of the role

5. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB |
Essential: - 2–3 years B2B marketing experience
- Experience supporting sales-led marketing activity in a B2B environment
- Campaign execution and coordination experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools
Desirable: - Event planning and coordination experience
- Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or technical sectors
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
